This promotion will be running across all countries Adulttoymegastore (Adult Brands Ltd.) operates, with one prize available across all countries. The prize will be paid out in the currency of the winning purchase, for the amount stated specifically within the terms and conditions for the country where the winner is a resident.
Make a purchase on ca.Adulttoymegastore.com between 12:01am 1st July - 11:59pm NZST 31stJuly 2020 and you will automatically go in the draw to WIN a $2,000 (CAD) cash prize. There is one cash prize available across all jurisdictions.
Entrants give permission for Adulttoymegastore to use their account details or purchase details tocontact them to administer the prize or otherwise in connection with the promotion. Entrants also give permission for Adulttoymegastore to publish their country, city & first name – for PR & Advertising purposes.
The winner will be selected by random draw by 5pm NZST on August 3rd 2020 at Adulttoymegastore HQ (in Wellington, New Zealand) and contacted via the email address linked to their Adulttoymegastore account the winning purchase was made with. If the winner does not reply to the email within 10 days (NZST), the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, and such draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw on August 13th 2020 (subject to any applicable law or the directions of any regulatory authority). Adulttoymegastore’s determination of the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The total prize pool value is $2,000 (CAD). The prize of $2,000 (CAD) cash will be transferred to the nominated bank account of the winner. The winner is responsible for checking and ensuring the bank account details they provide are correct, and if an error is made another transfer will not be made. If requested the winner must produce proof of identity and age.
Adulttoymegastore reserves the right to deem an entry invalid if there is any fraudulent activity linked to the account, if any of the information provided by the customer is incorrect or incompleteor if the customer requests a charge back after purchasing.
Adulttoymegastore reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion or these T&Cs at anytime (subject to applicable law and the directions of any regulatory authority). And modifications or withdrawals will be published on the Adulttoymegastore website. The promotion and these T&Cs will be governed by New Zealand law.
To the extent permitted by law, Adulttoymegastore will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, however caused, arising out of your participation in the promotion. To the extent that Adulttoymegastore cannot disclaim its liability you agree that Adulttoymegastore’s liability will inany case be limited to the value of the prize available.
