The vibrations are good. Can't feel the nipple ticklers. They don't seem to want to stay on for long, especially with movement. But still better than some as they have vibrations and are not attach to cords. Like that you can adjust them by squeezing more.

Product arrived well packaged and easy to assemble, worked well for the first couple of times. Discovered I need a bigger cylinder. Would have been helpful to have proper measurement of cylinder in product description when buying.
