The only thing I wasn't crazy about with this pump is the sleeve that's given with it has quite a small tight hole, meaning you need to either use water or lube to use it with that. However, it's not to bad without the sleave if you wish to use it dry so still very happy with my purchase. One thing that's not a problem for me but definitely something to keep in mind is that if you have any pronounced curve you may not fit in it properly.
