Wanted to improve my pelvic floor muscles and try something new.... Had fun using them but then panicked when it wouldn't come out very easily, anyway an hour later it was out and I'm not game enough to put them back in. Couldn't recommend either way cause I don't know if I even utilised them correctly lol.
