Not sure if it was just on me, but I didn't really feel the vibe in my nipples that much. The twisting on and off was akward as twist to far and the cap for the batteries comes off. The clamp did hold on my nipple well.

My only (hopefully constructive) critisism of the web site is that many products have descriptions that lack important details relating to material of the toys and their dimensions.
