Unless you are well experienced.. don’t bother with this one yet. It’s beautiful!! It’s very veeeery heavy! And large.

I love this product, only disappointment was that it didn't look exactly like the picture, but I'm super satisfied overall with the product
This is a solid heavy metal plug, wider than the ceramix but shorter, great for traing muscles and longer term wear.
