Good ball gag and the holes make for interesting drool play but can be noisy/whistle when the partner gets excited and is breathing heavily : )

Was slightly disappointed that it wasn't pink and black as it looks in the photo but the leather is soft and made well, the ball is a little bigger than I expected but still small enough and the breathing holes are always vital.
