Andrea Pennington from Detroit believes that the benefits of having a minimum of 3 orgasms a week is vital for a women's overall health, as it is a great stress and pain reliever and helps with depression and anxiety.
Along with all the health benefits, Andrea believes orgasms should be prioritized by women as it helps improve personal empowerment, self-acceptance, self-love and helps with relationships.
Unfortunately, a lot of women are missing out on having multiple orgasms a week due to being overloaded with stress.
A women's mind set is vital when achieving orgasm as 90% of an orgasm stems from a woman's mind. If she isn't feeling it mentally, she won't be feeling it physically either.
Andrea believes that if a woman is not achieving orgasm, or she doesn't have any interest in sex, that it could be a sign of something else wrong, such as diabetes, high blood pressure or depression.
