Biggest plug I’ve found that’s a realistic size for use. However the base can slightly unseal so need to be careful when cleaning
Fits well enough. Careful going out, it hurt a wee bit sitting down, and then tried to escape while walking in a supermarket lol.
This thing is huge. Took me a couple goes to get the whole thing in but when I did. Wow
It took a bit of stretching but once it was in this thing fills you up. Small enough neck that it makes it very secure to wear without worrying about it slipping out
Purchased this one to replace same model that was past it's used by date. Always been a fan, and a great plug for longer wear.
A bit bigger than others I have tried but with some perseverance was able to get it in and really enjoyed it

The plug has an inner core with a outer layer moulded over it. Unfortunately these are not fit together and there is a cushion of air between them.
The plug has a great gentle taper and is fairly soft making it great for opening up. The flared base is of a good size, so no worries there.
This thing is big, having so much fun using it at the moment
If you want go big, go with this lovely thing. D : 55mm

Great!!! I love this one. The Doc Johnson sila-gel toys are great quality and very slippery when lubed up. This is not one for beginners, it is a great gateway into the world of large anal toys. It stays in very well and is soft enough to be comfortable once in but firm enough not to bend or buckle when inserting. it is even great for people who insert toys larger than 2.7" in diameter as something to leave in for a while once you have finished your ass stretching for the day
